"When we moved to Florida, we inherited a landscaper with the home we bought that was OK but lacked communication skills, complete landscaping skills set and attention to detail. Hiring another landscaper was also OK but it was their secondary job and, while being cordial and conversational, lacked complete landscaping skills set. We have been with Rayme Aleman for 2 years and have been completely satisfied. He and his team execute the routine landscaping with efficiency and attention to detail. Occasional additional actions are received courteously and happily completed. We have had trees timed, trees added and have had landscaped 'islands' developed based on our suggestions that have really 'popped' the landscaping; neighbors and dog walkers have voluntarily shared their thumbs-up approval. Mr. Aleman is communicatively cordial and effectively responds to our requests and needs in a patient, knowledgeable time-sensitive manner. He shares his views/suggestions in a complementary manner when asked for an opinion. He is an affable, enthusiastic individual. The crew is customer-caring and 'family-like'; they take the time to chat and we give little treats like Tootsie Roll Pops. A fun, effective interaction.
